The Polymer Plate is a wonderful item which is suitable to be used as promotional gift, wedding gift, decorating element etc. It is fully customisable in full colour graphics. The plate has a bright white glossy front surface finish - which can be directly dye-sublimated while keeping its glossy finish, it is also virtually unbreakable, so is far more durable than either ceramic or glass.
The polymer plate does not have a sublimation coating; it can be printed directly with sublimation inks, which results in the image lasting much longer than they would on ordinary sublimation blanks.
The polymer compounds used comply with FDA and RoHS regulations; the product itself is also environmentally friendly.
Recommended Press Temp & Time in a Plate Press or using the plate press attachment of our DF18 combination press: 190 degrees for 100-120 seconds
