Acrylic Photo Blocks
These new acrylic photo blocks are crystal clear, diamond polished acrylic photo
blocks for sublimation printing and are 30mm thick. Probably one of the best new photo sublimation products to come to the market in recent times.
Special Feature Acrylic Block "With Love" laser etched inside the block with a love heart as well. Available on the 72mm x 100mm only. Great for specical occasions adding that extra special feature.
These self standing photo blocks produce absolutely first class, professional level photgraphic reproduction.
The latest small sizes mean that samples to display are even cheaper. The small 48mm x 72mm photo block enables you to print and display the high quality finish of these products with the ability to upsell larger sizes to your customer base without the high initial outlay of the larger sizes.
Sublimation printing takes place on to the reverse of the acrylic photo block (do not mirror image your artwork) to provide depth of image reproduction.
We have various sizes available which can be selected from the Product list.
Pressing instructions:
Allow up to a 5mm bleed.
Pre warm the acrylic photo block in your heat press for 2 minutes, remove and position printed artwork on the reverse of the photo block.
Hold in place with heat tape, cover with silicon rubber pad and press at 190 degrees for 7 minutes.
The photo block will have a protective sheet over the face of the non printed side which should be removed prior to pressing.
Note: if after the recommended time you remove the photo block and the image has not taken properly then put this back into the press for a further 2 minutes. The sublimation backing is very mildly adhesive when warm so the paper will not accidently move as you remove the item to check for perfect image transfer.

- should be medium to light pressure.
- Our 8 in 1 combination press will accomodate both thicknesses but some clam action presses will not open sufficiently.
