11oz Polymer Sublimation Mug
11oz Polymer Sublimation Mug. A lightweight non-ceramic sublimation mug!
These polymer mugs are NOT coated, but rather the material the mugs are made with are sublimatable. This means you don't have to worry about ther type of coating applied as the sublimation inks blend into the actual material the mugs are made of. So you can have all the vibrant colors of sublimation on a lightweight sublimation mug.
These Polymer Mugs and are lightweight (imagine thick white durable plastic) and can be used anywhere by anyone. No need to worry about breakages at swimming pools or other outdoor locations or these could even be used for children. The sublimation dye penetrates the surface of the polymer so this protects the image from scratching and chipping .
To press your image onto these mugs you would use your standard mug press but you will need to purchase the metal puck insert. As the Polymer Mugs are made of a plastic type material the pressure of closing the clamp on your mug press will cause these to distort if you don't use the metal puck insert (available separately).

- Recommend temp and time with our DF1, DF12 and DF14 mug presses 125 degrees idle temp, 170 degrees operating temp, 90 seconds. With other mug presses we would suggest 170 degrees for 150 seconds.
- As previously stated, you will require a metal puck to press these mugs.
