Sublimation Dark Transfer Paper
Sublimation Dark Transfer Paper. Now you can print full colour onto dark garments with Subli-Dark.
This special sublimation paper is designed for printing onto dark cotton or poly/cotton garments.
The printing process involves printing directly to this special paper (do not mirror image the design) and then cutting around the design either with a guillotine or other method depending on how simple/ complex the design is.
Once printed and cut, the image is then pealed from the backing sheet and the design layed on the garment. The special paper has a glue activated backing so when this is pressed onto the clothing it sticks to the surface producing a full colour image.
The final result is a matt effect full colour image/ logo which is pressed onto the surface of your clothing item. The garment does not have to be polyester as this special process sticks an image to the surface of the garment.
For users of the Ricoh sublimation printers using PowerDriver and Craft ROBO owners you can print and complex cut your designs using the Craft ROBO cutter.
Pressing temp 185 degrees for 25 seconds to cotton garments. Reduce time to 20 seconds for cotton/poly blends. Overlay Subli-Dark with silicon sheet during pressing.
