Elegant Fine China Windsor RN Coated Sublimation Mugs.
Beautiful and Elegant - this Fine China RN Coated (dishwasher safe) Sublimation mug
has a fluted top edge, is bright white and dishwasher safe with a tear drop design
handle.
These mugs are coated in the RN sublimation coating from the US which means the
mugs are fully dishwasher safe and microwave safe. When we say dishwasher safe we
mean they can be washed in any dishwasher with any dishwasher tablet. We have
tested these using the Finish PowerBall dishwasher tablet with no deterioration in
quality.
Some companies sell "dishwasher safe" mugs which are okay so long as they are not
washed above a certain temperature or so long as you don't use a specific type of
dishwasher tablet (such as the Powerball). Our mugs do not have such a restriction so
you can assure your customers that the image will not fade.
We are the first company in the UK to offer a 12 month dishwasher guarantee on all
our RN coated ceramic products. You can rest assured that once you have printed on
these products with genuine Sawgrass sublimation inks your image will last and you
can pass on this guarantee to your customer.
You may require a silicon wrap in your mug press to print onto these mugs. Available
separately (search for Wrap)
Press at 210 degrees Celsius for 4 minutes with the use of the silicon wraps or with the
DF14 mug press they can be pressed with the thicker 6oz heat blanket with an idle
temp of 110, operating temp of 170 degrees for 140 seconds.
Overall measurements are 103mm tall by 73mm diameter.
