Clear Rulers
Clear Acrylic Rulers with printable white aluminium inserts.
Our clear acrylic rulers are available in 6" (15cm) and 12" (30cm) sizes. The ruler has a removable middle cover into which we supply a piece of prinatble white sublimation alumnium. The aluminium is 0.5mm thick and can be inserted into the centre of the ruler and then the clear acrylic cover clips into place holding everything firmly.
The clear rulers have a domed clear acrylic centre piece which has a clip on each end to fix firmly into place once the aluminium has been printed. The final effect is a ruler that not only looks good, but has a nice feel to it due to the domed central piece.
You do not need to use any glues or sticky tape to hold the printed aluminium piece in place as the ruler clips together perfectly once printed and finally assembled.
The rulers are supplied with the base and central piece separated and additonal aluminium inserts are available in case mistakes are made!
Pressing temp 190 degrees for 40 - 50 seconds.
