Our sublimation canvas is a 250gsm weight and prints beautifully vibrant colour images. Our polyester canvas is flexible, does not crack and is ideal for stretching over and around stretcher bars, enabling to create a traditional or contemporary boxed frame canvas prints.

We supply the sublimation canvas cut in various sizes as well as the wooden frame pieces allowing you to create your own picture sizes.

The wooden frames are 18mm thick and 40mm wide. They have mortise and tenon joints which are precision cut to ensure the fit together perfectly.

To make a wooden frame you need to purchase 2 pairs of wooden bars. For example an 8 inch x 10 inch frame will need 1 pair of 8 inch bars and 1 pair of 10 inch bars. Fitted together these will make up the surround of an 8 inch x 10 inch frame. The canvas, once printed is then stretched by hand over the frame and stapled on the reverse (staples are not supplied but you could use any standard staple gun).

For the greatest flexibility we are selling the wooden frames in a "pick and mix" fashion so you can make your frame sizes to your choice without having to buy standard off the shelf sizes.

The wooden frames are available in the following lengths:
8 inch
10 inch
12 inch
14 inch
16 inch

You could therefore make a frame in the following sizes in the frames:
8x8, 8x10, 8x12, 8x14, 8x16
10x10, 10x12, 10x14, 10x16
12x12, 12x14, 12x16
14x14, 14x16
16x16

The canvas will be supplied in cut sheets which are 3 inches oversize in the shortest width enabling you to produce a full print and allowing excess to be stapled behind the frame. You just purchase the canvas size for the frame:
8 inch frame needs 11 inch canvas (total size supplied 11 inch x 20 inch)
10 inch frame needs 13 inch canvas (total size supplied 13 inch x 20 inch)
12 inch frame needs 15 inch canvas (total size supplied 15 inch x 20 inch)
14 inch frame needs 17 inch canvas (total size supplied 17 inch x 20 inch)
16 inch frame needs 19 inch canvas (total size supplied 19 inch x 20 inch)

You then cut the excess material from the length supplied if this is too much to staple behind the canvas.

Prices below are for pairs of wooden frames only and canvas only. You need 2 pairs of wooden frame and 1 sheet of canvas to make a full print.

As an example, if you purchased enough canvas and frames to produce 20 canvas prints measuring 8 inches x 12 inchs (approx 210 x 300) this would cost:
20 x 8 inch wooden frames (pairs) = £14 plus 20 x 12 inch wooden frames (pairs) = £16 plus 20 x Canvas sheets 11 inch wide = £28 giving a toal of £58

When buying from us you do not have to buy in pre-packs of 20, you can pick and mix your frame sizes, pick and mix your canvas sizes and you can even buy separate canvas sheets in case you make a mistake!

Press at 190 - 200 degrees for 50 - 60 seconds
