Frosted Glass RN Coated 11oz Mug.
These glass coffee mugs are similar in size to the standard 11oz mugs and have a frosted glass effect. The frosted coating on the inside of the mug gives a milky white finished which enables the image to show very well on them.
They are printed in exactly the same way as a standard mug and are RN coated to ensure they are fully dishwasher safe.
To minimise cracking when pressing glass you should pre-heat glass products to approx 60 -80 degrees until the thickest part of the glass is warmed thoroughly. This can be done in a domestic oven or in your mug press for around 5-6 minutes.
We are the first company in the UK to offer a 12 month dishwasher guarantee on all our RN coated glass products. You can rest assured that once you have printed on these products with genuine Sawgrass sublimation inks your image will last and you can pass on this guarantee to your customer.
We recommend a temperature of 160 degrees celsius and a press time of 4 minutes for these mugs.
