Cotton Flex

This flex is a heat activated film that is used to personalise T-Shirts, Sportswear, Leisurewear, Workwear garments and accessories and is our most popular product in the garment film range.

This flex is a soft heat sealable 60 micron matt film with excellent weeding properties for fine detailed work. Ideal for multi-layering (2 or 3 colour effect) and with a clear carrier for easy laying out and pressing.

Ideal Application: Sportswear, Leisurewear, Workwear, T-Shirts. Suitable for cotton, polyester & similar fibres.

Pressing Instructions: 170/175 degrees Celsius for 20-25 seconds, remove carrier when warm/ cool and press for another 5-10 seconds.

Diffraction is pressed at 145/150 degrees Celsius for 15-20 seconds, remove carrier when warm/cool and press for another 5-10 seconds.

Fluorescent flex is a warm/ hot peal product

Available in precut sheets for the Craft ROBO (210mm wide x 500mm), ROBO Pro (400mm wide x 500mm), by the linear metre or on a full 20m roll.
