Can we collect our order or is BMS just a mail order company?
You are welcome to collect from our shop in Ferndown. If you wish to save time then we can prepare your order for you. Simply order online and at the checkout select the appropriate delivery option of collect at store.

Do you accept orders from Schools and Local Authorities?
Yes we do. Please either send your signed official Purchase Order by post or by fax and we will do the rest.

We have a credit account with you. Can we still order online?
Yes you can. At the checkout select the option of paying on "Invoice" and we will invoice your company for the goods. You will need a password to proceed with your order and this is availble from us once your account has been approved. Payment is due in accordance with our terms and conditions which you will have already signed. If you are interested in setting up a credit account with us then please ask for an application form or type in CREDIT in our search box.

How do I know how much my order is going to cost to deliver?
We have a mini shopping cart shown at the top right of you page and if you are registered and logged in then this will show how much delivery will be (the cheapest method is shown by default).
If you are not logged in or from abroad then please select your country from the drop down list and delivery costs will be estimated for you.
