  • Q. I'm having difficult finding what I'm looking for, how does the search facility work?
  • A. If you are looking for ink cartridges then we would suggest you type in your printer model. For example if you have an Epson R265 then just type R265. If you are looking for a cartridge by code then type in that code, e.g. No 15 or just 15. If you already have a JetTec cartridge then type in that code, e.g. E106.

  • A. *Just to let you know how pleased we are with the new mug press [DF160]. It’s a marked improvement on our old one - the blanket is so much thicker and allows for any imperfections there are on the mug. Also, many thanks for all your help with the problems we were having with printing onto the bone china mugs yesterday. You certainly go out of your way to keep your customers happy.*
